12-month aged Manchego cheese with PDO (Protected Designation of Origin) certification, made from Manchega sheep's milk from the La Mancha region of Spain. Sharp, deep and nutty flavour with a white creamy colour and crumbly texture. The inedible rind features a distinctive traditional herringbone basket weave pattern and pairs well with figs, red wine, sherry and cured meats.
