Eat your banana for the day with this delicious Banana Almond Date Smoothie!
Ingredients:
- 1 Ripe Banana
- 1 cup of Almond Milk
- 1 tsp of Cinnamon
- 1/2 cup of Medjool Dates
- 1/4 cup of Almonds
- 1/2 cup of Ice
Preparation Instructions:
- Start with a ripe banana, some almond milk, and a tsp of cinnamon in a blender
- Next add a handful of Medjool dates and a few almonds
- Finish off with a 1/2 cup of ice and blend until desired thickness
- Pour in a tall glass and enjoy!
