Banana Smoothie with Almonds & Dates

Eat your banana for the day with this delicious Banana Almond Date Smoothie!


  • 1 Ripe Banana
  • 1 cup of Almond Milk
  • 1 tsp of Cinnamon
  • 1/2 cup of Medjool Dates
  • 1/4 cup of Almonds
  • 1/2 cup of Ice

Preparation Instructions: 

  1. Start with a ripe banana, some almond milk, and a tsp of cinnamon in a blender
  2. Next add a handful of Medjool dates and a few almonds
  3. Finish off with a 1/2 cup of ice and blend until desired thickness
  4. Pour in a tall glass and enjoy!
