Dalgona Coffee (Whipped Coffee)

Dalgona Coffee - It started as a viral Tik Tok trend and then exploded all over the internet! This is Arctic Fresh's attempt at creating the viral coffee drink.

Ingredients:

• 2 tbsp Granulated Sugar
• 2 tbsp Instant Coffee
• 2 tbsp Cold Water 
• Ice, for serving
• Milk (hot or cold), for serving

Preparation Instructions:

1. In a bowl, combine sugar, coffee, and water. Vigorously whisk until mixture forms hard peaks and is silky smooth and shiny. This takes a bit of time - 5-10 minutes.
2. Fill a glass up 3/4 full of ice and milk (or just hot milk if you want to drink hot), then dollop the whipped coffee mixture on top. Mix before drinking, in desired. 
3. Enjoy!
