Dalgona Coffee - It started as a viral Tik Tok trend and then exploded all over the internet! This is Arctic Fresh's attempt at creating the viral coffee drink.
Ingredients:
- 2 tbsp Granulated Sugar
- 2 tbsp Instant Coffee
- 2 tbsp Cold Water
- Ice, for serving
- Milk (hot or cold), for serving
Preparation Instructions:
- In a bowl, combine sugar, coffee, and water. Vigorously whisk until mixture forms hard peaks and is silky smooth and shiny. This takes a bit of time - 5-10 minutes.
- Fill a glass up 3/4 full of ice and milk (or just hot milk if you want to drink hot), then dollop the whipped coffee mixture on top. Mix before drinking, in desired.
